Cancellation Policy

Dos Hermanos reserves the right to cancel our scheduled food truck for circumstances outlined in the following: 

• Inclement weather: Extreme temperatures, snow/freezing rain, heavy winds, lightening, and/or severe weather warning
• Mechanical issues of any kind that deem the truck unsafe for road travel
• Equipment issues that jeopardize the quality and safety of food
• Unavoidable staff shortages
• Unprofitable sales
• Local government regulations
